Welcome to Kiwanis Club of West Charleston, WV.

For over 55 years, the members of West Charleston have been serving the Children of the Kanawha Valley and the World.  The West Charleston Kiwanis club supports many local and global causes  We provide scholarships to help students going to college or post high school education. We sponsor Key Clubs in two high schools in the valley, Capital High and George Washington .   These Key Clubs themselves have provided many service projects though out the valley. We provide  new clothing at Christmas for elementary school kids from six elementary schools.

President Sam Payne

We support the Bringing Up Grades (BUG) program at Mary Snow Elementary School. We provide relief to a West Side soup kitchen and we have partnered with the West Side to provide a vegetable garden space for after school kids to learn about gardening and where their food comes from.
